SINGLE BLOCK FOAM MAKING MACHINE

Box pouring system for the discontinuous production of foam blocks with different densities, characteristics and sizes. This single block foam making machine is ideal for foam fabricators, mattress and pillow manufacturers. It can also help R&D to develop highly customized products.

The chemical components (isocyanates, polyols, additives) are stored in individual tanks equipped with load cells and volumetric pumps for dosage. The polyol tanks are also equipped with a mixing system to keep the material in constant movement, avoiding sedimentation.

MDI base: viscoelastic (memory foam), HR, hybrid, pneumatic, conventional-like, rigid. TDI base: conventional.
