AUTOMATIC CUSHION TUFTING MACHINE

The automatic cushion tufting machine to embroider / topstitch various types of cushions and chair pads mod. GA-400-3 is part of the GA-400 family which includes the following models according to the types and performances required: GA-400/2BLW; GA-400/2; GA-400/3; GA400/3L; GA-400/5.

These machines are extremely flexible and customisable to meet different market needs as regards the size of the cushions, the filling material, the number of embroideries and the stitch pattern. The configurations offered consist of 2, 3 or 5 sewing machines. In all combinations the machines are mounted on special supports that allow their total extraction for maintenance. The embroidery area has a maximum diameter of 20mm (3⁄4 ”).
