AUTOMATIC QUILT FOLDING MACHINE

This automatic quilt folding machine folds quilts according to different patterns, that can be chosen and set from the touchscreen by accessing the recipe list.

The operator spreads and flats the product on the belt mod. TT-300 and start the automatic process. The machine transports the quilt flat and spread towards the folding area, where a system of rakes and forks completes the first series of folds. At this point the folded quilt, thanks to the optional connection belt, is transported to the secondary folding station or to the rolling machine mod. ER-500 EASY ROLL or ER-400 EASY ROLL to complete the folding process.
