BLOWN CUSHION LINE

These lines are designed for the manufacturing of quilts, pillows, cushions and any other type of soft good that can be blown-filled, such as travel cushions, cylindric cushions, bolsters, multi-chamber cushions, floor pillows, couch pillows, throw pillows, bean bag chairs, bag chairs, chair pads, body pillows, toys, and pet beds.

Several filling materials can be used in this process, such as fiber, microfiber, feather and down, shredded foam, wool, shredded foam, and blends with different materials.

Due to the modularity of our lines, our customers have different levels of automation available to them depending on their production needs: fully automatic raw material preparation, accurate weighing, filling, stitching, labeling, and multi-layer or rolled packaging, to ensure maximum weighing accuracy in order to optimize product utilization and maximum performance with the use of a single supervisor; semi-automatic; manual.
