Polyurethane production line for mattresses and pillows

This line is designed for the production of foam blocks in discontinuous, soft or rigid, in different sizes, shapes, density and colors; this batch-block machine gives the maximum support and flexibility to the producers of mattresses, sofas, cushions, automotive soft components or other kind of shaped products.

The scraps produced during the working phases can be recycled, shredded, blended and reused as filling material or they can be used for the production of rebonded foam blocks.

The final product can be used for mattresses, molded pillows, injected foam pillows, toppers, mattress pads, protectors, futons, cushions and different shaped products.
