ROLLED CARDED FIBER PILLOWS (GARNET)

This kind of lines are designed for the manufacturing of rolled carded fiber pillows, cushions, bolsters, body pillows and cylindric pillows.

These lines cover the entire from raw materials processing (such as garnet fiber, batts, thermo-bonded fiber, wadding with foam core, etc.) with the rolling and feeding of the fiber and the preparation and stitching of the cover, to the stuffing, labelling and the packaging of the final product.

Our machines and lines are modular and can be implemented step by step according to customer needs with regard to production capacity and performances. You can choose different degrees of automation: the main configurations are automatic, semi-automatic and manual.
