Filling and production line for sofas, upholstery items and cushions

This line is designed for the manufacturing of high–quality sofas, armchairs, decorative pillows or cushions and other kind of padded products. Our innovative filling system can work with different materials and fillings, and also with multi-chamber items thanks to its pre-weighing system which makes the process accurate and completely automatic.

The different types of filling materials which can be used are:

• materials such as fiber, microfiber, ball fiber, down and feathers;
• recycled materials such as foam chips or recycled fiber and fabrics scraps.
• a blend of these materials.

The high-speed sewing machine can be used to close the finished products and can replace the use of glue thanks to the device that stitches the Dacron and the foam together.
