CABIN SYSTEM FOR FILLING TNT OR NYLON SACKS

Two cabin system for filling sacks using vacuum technology. Once the sack is full, the operator can open the cabin, remove and replace it; in the meantime the second cabin activates. The two cabins work alternately for optimal performance with just one operator.

WHAT CAN BE PROCESSED

Fiber and microfiber, wool, natural fibers, shredded foam, ball fiber, recycled fiber and frayed fabric scraps.

  • Easy bag changeover with quick release allowing one-person operation.
  • Fast and clean system due to proven vacuum technology and quality components.
  • Accurate bag weighing: the system works by weight subtraction from the source of the material (fiber opener storage silo).
  • Simplified management: control panel for automatic management of parameters and mechanical adjustments.
  • Flexibility: handling of different materials and bagging without mechanical changes to the machine.
