SEMI-AUTOMATIC PILLOW FLAT PACKAGING MACHINE

This is a semi-automatic pillow flat packaging machine to bag cushions and pillows. It can process cushions fed manually by the operator or coming directly from the upstream machines.

The operator inserts the bag on the bagging machine belts. The machine can have different configurations and options according to the type of bag used: it can work with individual pre-packaged bags and bags with zip.

Once the bag has been positioned, the forks open to tension it and the pillow is inserted.

The tensioning system moves the cushion towards the compression and sealing module where the packaged cushion or pillow is compressed (if necessary) and the bag is heat-sealed (no welding in the case of vinyl bags with zip). Products are then ejected for the subsequent processing steps.

Machine parameters are easily set and managed on the touchscreen equipped with intuitive software and the parameters of each individual cushion are saved in recipes to always be available.
