AUTOMATIC RUG FOLDING MACHINE

EF-600 is our automatic rug folding machine designed to fold rugs and carpets of different sizes, shapes and materials. The machine offers customizable folding patterns that can be easily selected via the touchscreen, accessing to the recipe list, or automatically through a barcode reader. The barcode system identifies the type of rug and selects the appropriate folding pattern from an updated database, ensuring precision and efficiency.

The rug folding machine can be equipped with an integrated unrolling feature that simplifies the setup process. Once unrolled, the flat rug is transported to the length folding area, where a system of rakes and forks performs the initial series of folds. After this stage, the partially folded rug moves to the width folding station, where the process is completed. The folded and compressed rug is then ready for the volume and weight checking station and then for either be collected by the operator or transferred to a packaging machine mod. EB-500 or EB-400.
