SEMI-AUTOMATIC PILLOW FILLER

The semi-automatic pillow filler mod. FW-110 includes a simple blower suitable for filling cushions and pillows, with a blade profile specifically designed not to damage the filling material, the clamp system to hold the cover during filling, a table with a collection tank and scales, an electronic console for recipe management and display of the weight detected by the weighing table. It is available in right and left versions, and different types of filling tubes are also available.

Cushions, pillows, multi-chamber cushions, sacks, stuffed animals, pet beds.

FILLING MATERIALS YOU CAN USE

Polyester fiber and microfiber (virgin and recycled), feather & down, shredded foam, wool, and other natural materials, mixed with all the previous materials.

MAIN FEATURES OF OUR SEMI-AUTOMATIC PILLOW FILLER

Simplified management: control panel for the automatic management of all parameters and mechanical adjustments, with adding and managing recipes with the characteristics of the product/filling material/filler speed to speed up production.

  • Flexibility: a wide range of materials and covers that can be filled by the machine without the need for mechanical adjustments. Non-breathable covers can be used thanks to the tubes with patented air discharge.
  • Any fill material: No restrictions on fill material.
