SEMI-AUTOMATIC PILLOW STUFFING / PACKAGING MACHINE

This is a very versatile pillow stuffing / packaging machine for pillows, cushions and quilts. The same machine can be used for both stuffing a roll of fiber or a polyurethane / latex core into a cover (or an insert in the final decorative cover / a pillow in the cover with zip) and/or packing the finished pillow in an bag (individual PE bag, bag with double pillow, bag with zip and handle, case).

The machine can be fed manually or with a feeding conveyor belt while it requires an operator to insert the cover or bag.

• All 4 full corners: thanks to the forks that tension the cover / bag and the shaped side flaps.
• Guaranteed zip closure: thanks to the lateral cushion-pressing wheels and the lateral shaped flaps (optional) the process is easy and secure for the zips both on linings and on bags.
• No restrictions on the type of padding of the cushions and pillows, PU and latex cores, carded fiber, blown fiber, shredded foam, feathers, down, various compounds.
• Insertion of advertising leaflet: with leaflet feeder for the management of multiple materials and formats.
• Possibility of multiple stacking in a single bag.
• Possibility of combining with carousel mod. CR-100 used by a single operator.
• Simplified management: touchscreen control panel for automatic management of all parameters and mechanical adjustments, saving of recipes for the various products, checking the status of the machine and consumables.
