MACHINE FOR WEIGHING, ROLLING AND PROCESSING CARDED FIBER

RM-100 is a machine for weighing, rolling and processing carded fiber. The formed rolls feed, via an inclined belt, the systems for stuffing cushions and pillows. The machine can automatically reject the fiber rolls out of the target weight (optional).

RM-100 can be connected to the feeding and cutting machine mod. CM-100.

MAIN FEATURES

  • Electronic management: the machine’s touchscreen lets you manage all the parameters, save the recipes of the various products, check the status of the machine and consumables, and obtain process information in local mode.
  • Flexibility: wide range of sizes depending on the performance of the card upstream.
  • Automatic reject system (optional) if the weight does not correspond with the set recipe.
