The line allows the accurate folding of quilts and their packaging in various ways:
- individually folded in a sealed or unsealed bag,
- in a bag with zip,
- in multiple packaging,
- roll packing.
The configuration shows both semi-automatic multiple packing and roll packing.
Here’s the full configuration shown in the picture:
- Automatic folding machine mod. EF-500 EASY FOLD: the quilt is placed on the infeed roller by the operator and then folded automatically by the machine, based on the chosen folding pattern (longitudinal and vertical);
- After the 1rs folding station, the quilt can be transported to the machine mod. ER-500 EASY ROLL for roll packing;
- If not roll-packed, the quilt goes through a second folding station and then it is packed in a bag with zip with the bagging machine mod. HF-100
- Multipack packaging station mod. MP-400 to create stacks;
- Compression and sealing with the machine mod. LF-100.
