The resource will be part of a dynamic, young and fast growing team, the resource will deal with:
- Implementation of new projects concerning operational flows and procedures, in close contact with the management
- Definition and monitoring of KPI systems on projects to improve the performance of the assigned division
- Auditing activities in close contact with the area technicians with a view to customer satisfaction
- Project management of BPR (Business Process Re-engineering) projects on planning processes
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Business Process Re-engineering methodologies proven by important experience in their implementation (reorganization of flows, procedures, ERP, operational contexts)
- Skills in Project Management
- Good knowledge of CRM and the Office package
- Good knowledge of the English language
- experience of at least two years in similar roles, in the machinery, packaging, robotics sector.
