TOYS, PET BEDS AND VARIOUS PADDED FILLING LINE
These lines are designed for manufacturing dog and cat beds and baskets, soft toys and stuffed objects of various sizes. We’ve presented two lines: one for a smaller and one for a higher production.
Here’s the configuration “Toys to begin”:
- Shredding machine mod. SF-200 for scraps recovery;
- Fiber bale loader mod. HL-500;
- Fiber opener mod. OF-550;
- Mixer mod. MX-500;
- One or more fillers mod. FM-100 or FW-110;
- Sewing machine mod. G164C, which can be used to close soft toys or some types of animal beds or various stuffed items;
- Manual stuffing machine mod. HF-100;
- Sealing machine with adjustable compression mod. LF-100.
For higher and more automized productions, the line can be the same, only implemented with extra machines:
- Automatic multipack mod. MP-500, to stack items and reduce shipping space;
- Automatic bagging machine mod. EB-500 EASY BAG with in-line bag formation for a single packed item.

Controlled treatment of the raw material: maximum opening of the fiber, significant increase in volume, controlled blends, recycling of waste materials
Accurate pre-weighing system and processing capacity of all raw materials and creation of mixtures with different components
Maximum quality standard of the finished product: homogeneous filling, precise stitching and labeling, perfect sealing of the bag, guaranteed vacuum (if required)
